• At Fluropups, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@sniffspace.com.au within 14 days of receiving the product. (Weekdays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed) with the order number. In addition, we might ask you to provide photos and/or videos of the item to help in the returns process.

 

• Once a return is authorised, products can be returned for a full refund or exchange as long as they are securely packaged to avoid any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the final decision to be offered, which may include replacement items, repairs, or store credit at our sole discretion.

 

• Fluropups may, at our discretion, allow the return of the item at no cost to the customer (where freight costs apply) within 7 days of the customer purchasing the item. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods following this 7-day period. 

 

• If the product(s) are not usable or a significant manufacturing defect is detected, the customer may opt for a replacement product, store credit, or a full refund through the original payment mode.

 

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. Postage fees are not refundable otherwise.

 

• Please do not write or stick anything on the item itself, as this will impact its condition and may result in a reduced refund or store credit.

 

• Refunds or store credits will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

 

• Customised or personalised items are generally non-refundable, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis in accordance with relevant consumer laws.

 

• This policy is in addition to your rights under relevant consumer laws.
